Guest Policies
- Rates: $140 – $145
- All rates include a delicious home cooked breakfast. Room rates do not include taxes.
- A deposit of one night is required at the time a reservation is placed and is payable by Visa, Mastercard, cash and personal checks. Payments must be received within seven (7) days after reservations are made for confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to check-in for a full refund and may be made only by calling at 804-435-2318.
- Check-In times are between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm
- Check-Out is 11:00 am
- Smoking is permitted outside only.
- Weekly and Monthly rates also available, contact us for details.
- Corporate Rates are available for those businesses needing at least 12 nights per year. Contact us for pricing and information.
- Privacy Policy: Back Inn Time takes your privacy very seriously. We never rent, sell, loan or give your name or any of your information to anyone for any reason. All information collected is used to provide better service to you. We deeply respect your privacy. Strict security measures are followed to protect the sanctity of any information you choose to share with us. If you register with us, we may use your e-mail address only to send you our periodic e-mail bulletin and to alert you for special opportunities at the Inn. You may opt out of these mailing by sending an email to the owners at any time. We may contact you via telephone upon receiving reservation request. We will not harass you with repeated telephone calls. A single personal contact or message on your voicemail is all you will receive. It is your choice to return the call.
